Today I would like to show you my way of build for Devout Cleric.
It won’t be a cheap one, but i wanna help at least some of you to avoid some mistakes that I made. It’s about saving your time and money. LET’S GO!
Stats in Combat & Consumables
There are stats that I was able to reach at my current 60.9k IL.
All of those percentages are already after proc everything, with consumables etc.
Consumables:
Watermelon Sorbet (+5% power),
Flask of potency Rank 3 (+5% Critical Severity),
Invocation Blessing
Forgers’s Box (+3% power).
Optional is Squash Soup (+5% Critical Strike and Critical Severity) while progressing but im not using it anymore.
Race:
In my opinion Metallic Ancestry Dragonborn is the best race for healers, because of the 3% boost to Power & Critical Strike which is must have to be able to cap your power. Also Metallic have 3% higher amount hp than other races which is very useful.
Gear:
Armor Enhancement Slot-Barkshield Enchantment
Weapon Enhancement slot-Vorpal Enchantment
Main Hand Modification (Blessing of light’s)

Neck, Rings, Waist (+2.2% Stamina Regeneration Modification)
im using stamina reg. because of t-shirt bonus, to be over 75% stamina in case i need to use dash.
Offense/Defense/Utility Slot + Ability Score:
Utility Slots: 5x Dark Enchantment
Defense Slots: 4x Azure Enchantment
Offense Slots: 1x Radiant Enchantment, 1x Heart of Fire Enchantment, 1x Gigantic Enchantment 6x Azure Enchantment
Skills & Feats:
1st at-will Scattering Light (by using cancel animation im able to recharge mine AP very fast)
2nd at-will Blessing of Light (increase effect of spell by 10%, using before casting encounters)
Encounters: Bastion of Health, Divine Glow, Healing word
all of this 3 using almost everywhere. (Astral Shield using for ToMM to help tanks)
Daily: Hallowed Ground & Guardian of Life
Class Feature: Expanded Faith & Hallowed Guide (Before i reached cap of outgoing healing i was using Desperate Prayers to be able to get more OGH while losing divinity).
Feat: Last one i decided to pick Angel of Life to be able to cast encounters, without Divinity cost.
Companions:
Golden Bulette Pup… one of the most expensive companions in the game. I’ve seen many people using many different active or augment companions like stalwart golden lion, spined devil, succubus and many others, but in my opinion it’s just a waste of AD for me and there is no better one than this. 13.8k bonus to outgoing healing rating + 7.5% outgoing healing in slot is just MUST HAVE.
Equip power: Reinvigorate increase outgoing healing by 7.5% for 15s
Deep Crow Hatchling +7.5% Power
Alpha Compy +7.5% Power
Golden Bulette Pup +7.5% Outgoing Healing
Quickling +3.8% Critical Chance & Outgoing Healing
Black Dragon Ioun Stone +7.5% Critical Chance

Mount Passive Power & Collars:
I’m using Indestructible to be able to reach
cap of defense rating. Below list of mounts
that allow you to get “indestructible” power:
Polar Siege Bear
Brown Siege Bear
Emperor Beetle
Giant Crab
Striped Owlbear
Moonbear
Most important is Supportive Regal Collar (increase outgoing healing) and Wayfaring Barbed Collar (increase critical severity) 3rd one that might be useful Unified Regal Collar (increase incoming healing) 4th and 5th is just about to increase item level.
Insignia:
By collecting my insignias I was thinking more about my ratings, not about ‘Insignia bonus’, but those I made are still pretty useful.
